Neuhauser is a company specializing in food industry and supplying baked goods, pastries and frozen pastries since 1906. The company recently called on expertise of Stramatel to strengthen the security on his site of Aubignan, located in the Vaucluse (84) near Avignon. The goal was to install an Electronic security display informing about the number of days without accident.
This display, positioned at the entry of the company, plays an essential role in raising awareness among employees and visitors to work-related risks. Stramatel’s teams have designed a complete device, including several visual and informative features.
The first feature of this display is manifested by a daily light signal, reflecting the performance of the previous day in terms of accidents at work. A green LED illuminates to indicate a day without incident, while a red light signals the occurrence of an accident.
In addition to this visual indication, three key information is displayed dynamically. All from first, the total number of accidents at work since a specific date is presented in red. Then the Number of accident-free days is highlighted in yellow, offering a positive perspective on workplace safety. Finally, the record Accident-free days is displayed in green, highlighting the continued efforts of the team to maintain a secure work environment.
A customizable security display
the device is not limited to these functionalities, since one Bright dynamic headband is also integrated to broadcast informative messages. Each security display we put in place is unique to our customers’ project and fully customizable. In this case, illustrative icons and pictograms are included highlighting essential practices such as use of Personal protective equipment. This approach strengthens awareness and adoption of good practices within the company.
