The iconic Sportica Hall is no longer
December 25, 2023 will remain engraved as a dark day in the history of the club BCM Gravelines Dunkirk. The Legendary sports hall was reduced to ashes during a tragic fire. This emblematic place of French basketball is more than a memory, but a glow of hope emerges.
Stramatel, who had previously invested the Sportica room by equipping it with its score displays in 2010, reacted immediately to the news. As an actor who contributed to the history of Sportica, we supported the teams of BCM Gravelines Dunkirk.
Stramatel supports the rebirth of BCM Gravelines Dunkirk
In collaboration with the City of Dunkirk and the Urban Community of Dunkirk, stramatel is mobilized to i provide new professional video equipment. Our contribution is essential and was important to us to participate in the rebirth of the club.
This major challenge was met with a spirit of solidarity and unfailing support. Our goal was to make our resources available by equipping not only a leading handball club, the USDK Dunkirk evolving in Liqui Moly StarLigue. But also, to breathe new life into BCM Gravelines Dunkirk, a major player in French basketball in Betclic Elite and in BCL (Championship of Europe). For this, we have integrated a scoring solution fiba 1, with two Giant screens and our system SL Video System 3.
Stramatel remains alongside all the teams of the BCM Gravelines Dunkirk and looks forward to hearing about their future projects. We are determined to maintain this strong relationship that we have developed over the years. Our commitment to the club continues, and we are ready to support their future initiatives.
