Stramatel installs its video screens in the Antarès room of the MSB
The Antares room of Mans Sarthe Basket (MSB) enters a new era thanks to Video Expertise from Stramatel. At the dawn of the 2024-2025 season of Betclic Elite, this emblematic arena was equipped with 18 state-of-the-art video screens, marking a major turning point in its history. This ambitious project aims to modernize the fan experience and to offer a show worthy of the biggest international leagues. For French sport, it’s a first, we have installed 4 giant curved screens to offer an exceptional visual experience for an arena.
A spectacular metamorphosis for the 30 years ofantares
Whereas Antares is about to celebrate its 30th anniversary, this high-tech renovation marks a significant investment in the future of basketball. Since 2006, Stramatel has posted the score in the MSB room, thi is quite naturally that our expertise was chosen to equip the room ofone video material state-of-the-art professional.
18 Stramatel video screens: total immersion in the action
The new configuration includes:
- 4 Giant curved screens of 27m² at the corners of the room
- 10 Corniche screens of different sizes (2.25m², 3m², 8,625m² and 1.75m²)
- 4 Curved ledges 4.25m²
This ingenious layout offers impressive visual continuity throughout the venue, turning each match into an immersive experience for the spectators.
SL Video System: the technological heart of the installation
To orchestrate this ballet of images, Stramatel deployed its software SL Video System. This Video management centralized makes it possible to manage the set of displays and media on the 18 screens, offering unprecedented flexibility in the presentation of content.
Proven expertise in major sporting projects
After having brilliantly equipped the adidas arena and the Arena of Chartres, Stramatel confirms its status as a leader in the audiovisual equipment of high-level sports halls. The Antares project represents a new challenge with flying colors by the company. This installation was carried out by the Stramatel teams with a week less than what was planned in the schedule to allow the club to have the new equipment before the official presentation of the team.
Synergy between old and new: Display at the service of the game
The new ones Video screens complete the system, creating a perfect synergy between the traditional score display with a Display MB 3123-12, a Pair of 4-sided SC24TSP studs and the endless possibilities offered by the video.
With this spectacular modernization, Antares is positioned as one of the most technologically advanced basketball halls in France. The MSB and its fans can now live every match in conditions worthy of the biggest arenas in the world, promising seasons rich in emotions and in show.
